INSURANCES

Charlie does not accept insurance at this time.  She offers a discounted rate for her services based upon family income.


MY APPROACH

I feel incredibly honored to be a counselor. To come alongside someone wherever they are in their journey is a great privilege. I believe that transparency and vulnerability can bring healing, hope and courage to our lives. I also believe that there is an interconnectedness between our spiritual, mental and physical wellbeing. My hope is that my clients and I will work together as a team towards personal formation of wellness.  One of my favorite quotes is, “Owning our story and loving ourselves through the process is the bravest thing that we will ever do.” Brene Brown

MY STORY

I was born and raised on a ranch in southern Oklahoma. I attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas where I graduated with my bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Post-graduation, I moved to Australia to work in college ministry. After several years, I returned to school in Oklahoma to pursue a career in Professional Counseling. I completed my Master of Education in Professional Counseling from Oklahoma City University, and I am currently an LPC candidate at New Path pursuing my licensure.
