My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution-Focused therapy, and Attachment-Based Family therapy. I believe in empowering adolescents to discover their strengths, enhance their self-awareness, and develop effective coping strategies. I am a Level I Trained ABFT Therapist.
