MY APPROACH  

We all get “stuck” at times.  I seek to help people discover and become more aware of their inner hurt, pain, lies that drive so much of their anxiety, depression, anger, and self-destructive behaviors and exchange it with the hope, truth, skills that will hopefully lead to a more healthy person, relationships, faith, success, and love for life.

MY STORY

I’ve had the pleasure of working with people for about 35 years now in crisis, church, outdoor wilderness, counseling, and hospital situations.  I received my Bachelors in Psychology from Colorado State University.  My Masters of Divinity from Austin Presbyterian Seminary.  My Masters in Counseling from West Texas University.  I enjoy outdoor sports and spending time with my family.
