AREAS OF FOCUS
Marriage, Premarital, Adolescents, Families, & Individuals
I love helping individuals and families through transition times of life. My goal is to be a listening ear, or someone to help weigh the pros and cons in difficult situations. I believe it is truly important to explore ways to gain or increase faith in times of struggle by relying on God in life’s uncertain, challenging times.
I received my Bachelors in Substance Abuse Studies and a Masters in Child and Family Studies at the University of Central Oklahoma. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am also a certified SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) facilitator. I have had the privilege to work with many different populations including, but not limited to, teenagers on probation, children, teenagers, and adults dealing with anxiety and depression, parents working with DHS to get their children back, and couples having relationship issues. One of my goals while working with all populations, has been to aid their situations by providing tools and strategies to help them better face their challenges while learning how to cope in a healthy way.
