My Approach
Life is a journey that doesn’t always have a roadmap. My goal is to help families and individuals on their path to healing, recovery, and a new you. I feel most of us already possess the skills to overcome, but sometimes we need assistance along the way. My approach using a Christ-centered perspective helps clients become more fully engaged and overcome the challenges along life’s journey.
My Story
I spent my teenage years in Edmond before graduating from Oklahoma Christian University in 2004. While serving in the local church I graduated with my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Amridge University in 2012. In 2015 I became a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and worked in Mid-Del in outpatient and school-based services while also doing pastoral counseling in two churches. I’m blessed with a great family and God who has used me in wonderful ways throughout my life. I’m so honored He has helped me build bridges to lost people and broken hearts. I love being outdoors with my family and dog, Baker.
