My goal as a therapist is to meet you where you are and help you overcome life challenges. I provide empathetic and research-based treatment. I believe my role as a therapist is to guide, encourage and challenge you in meeting your goals.
I grew up in northwest Oklahoma and spent my teenage years in a rural town near Chicago, IL. I attended Oklahoma State University, where I graduated with highest honors in 2009 with a bachelor degree and again in 2011 with my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Before starting private practice, I provided an array of services at both inpatient and outpatient agency settings.
